I have always liked bows. But I didn't realise how crazy I was about them until recently (a quick glance and my Pinterest and you'll know what I mean). Even black and white striped bow pasta has made the list!

2 MCM STYLE

OK, the first thing I have to point out about this home is, how crazy is that ceiling light in the first shot? Its the Pick Up Chandelier by Billy Cotton and you can have a better look at it here. Crazy light fittings aside, I'm loving the light blue accents, mirrored surfaces, and MCM style of this home.

So I have been lacking inspiration the last couple of days, which seems to correlate with my lack of pinning on Pinterest lately (at times its a daily habit!). But here are a couple of things that are inspiring me at the moment.

0 GIRLY CALLIGRAPHY

I am a little font and lettering obsessed, I must say. I love strong, bold sans-serif fonts such as Gotham and Futura. And I love Archer. But, the other type of lettering that I love is the super girly calligraphy style, like that used for wedding invitations. Gorgeous.

0 BABY SHOWER

Last weekend there was a baby shower held for a special couple in Sydney. And it just so happens that it was the first event put together by Sugar & Spoon Events - a collaboration between Hannah of Sugar & Spoon and myself. Hannah made amazing food (she is incredible!), I made pretty decorations and supplied vintage china teacups. It was a lovely day.

3 FAVOURITE FOUR: BIG BAGS

I'm a 'big bag' lady. A tote is my regular handbag size. I don't know if this is weird or not. But I find small handbags rather useless, not to mention frustrating. I'm loving these four super casual big bags, especially the black Larch bag from Valhalla. It even comes in a choice of silver or brass hardware!
