OK, so they're a little summery for right now, but it should be warming up pretty soon, right? Maybe? These lovely party shots from Rue magazine were too gorgeous not to share. I love the colour pallet, I think I am obsessed with that shade of yellow. And that pink. Oh and the blue too.

Some fabulous winter party inspiration with a wonderfully classy and grown up colour scheme of black, white, grey and gold. I love how the bell jars and mercury glass have been used as part of the decor, and the succulents which, surprisingly, give the area a softer look. And that ceiling centrepiece is amazing - and surely pretty easy to recreate, too!

I have to admit, I have never really had any interest in visiting Iceland before. Until I saw these photos. Aren't they amazing? The two with the crazy-beautiful blue water are taken at Blue Lagoon, a geothermal spa not too far from Reykjavík.

Over here right now, the weather is terrible. So windy, so cold. The only thing you can do in such a state of affairs is to stay inside to get warm and cozy - with the help of a fluffy sheepskin, some woolly socks, a cute coat and a pot of hot tea.
